MentorClub does not offer refunds on any course purchase or AI Mentor question pack under any circumstances, except genuine duplicate charges. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.

Our No-Refund Position

MentorClub is a digital educational platform delivering audio courses, written content, and AI-powered mentoring through instant digital access. Unlike physical products, digital educational content cannot be "returned" once accessed. The moment your payment is confirmed, your access credentials are generated and the full course content becomes immediately available to you.

We have invested significant resources in producing high-quality, professionally researched content covering complex tax legislation. Our pricing reflects the true value of this content — not a trial price. We stand behind the quality of our courses and encourage you to use the free preview episodes (Episodes 1 and 2 of each course) to evaluate content quality before purchasing.

What Is Not Covered (Refund Will Not Be Issued)

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or depth of coverage
Purchasing the wrong course (e.g. TDS instead of ITA 2025)
Finding similar or equivalent content elsewhere at a lower price
Personal circumstances — illness, job change, lack of time, change in professional focus
Inability to access content due to your own device, browser, or internet connection issues
Partial completion — you do not need to complete a course to use it
Technical issues on your device — update your browser and contact support first
Disagreement with a course's legal position or analysis
AI Mentor responses you consider unsatisfactory or inaccurate
Unused AI Mentor question packs
Delayed email delivery of your access token

The Only Exception — Genuine Duplicate Charge

We will issue a full refund only if a verifiable duplicate payment has been charged to you for the exact same course due to a payment gateway or platform error. This means: two separate Razorpay Payment IDs for the same course on the same account within the same session.

To claim a duplicate charge refund: email support@mentorclub.in within 7 calendar days of the duplicate charge with both Payment IDs and your registered email address. We will verify with Razorpay and process the refund within 10 business days if the duplicate is confirmed.

Purchasing the same course twice on different accounts, or on the same account at different times, does not qualify as a duplicate charge.

Platform Technical Issues

If you cannot access your course due to a confirmed platform-side technical failure (not a browser, device, or connectivity issue on your end), we will not issue a refund but will provide a reasonable access extension or resolve the issue within 48 hours. Contact support@mentorclub.in with your Payment ID and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks Are Fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer after successfully accessing course content is considered fraudulent misrepresentation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
  • You received full digital access to the purchased content immediately upon payment
  • The service was delivered as described
  • Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law
MentorClub reserves the right to pursue recovery of all amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks, including all legal fees, Razorpay dispute fees, and associated costs. We maintain complete payment, access, and usage logs that will be provided to your bank and, where appropriate, to law enforcement authorities.

Before You Buy — Use the Free Preview

Both courses offer free access to Episodes 1 and 2 with no payment required. We strongly encourage you to listen to these episodes at mentorclub.in/app/tds/1 and mentorclub.in/app/ita2025/1 before purchasing. If you are satisfied with the quality, depth, and style after listening to the free episodes, you can purchase with confidence knowing all paid episodes follow the same standard.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. By making a purchase on MentorClub you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
