Please provide details

One needs to have good communication skills and a great eye for precision to be a JTO Architect.

What are some of the positives, which would encourage someone to become a JTO Architect?

Being a government job, it is not at all stressful. Everything is very easy-going and my colleagues are also very helpful. Other than that, BSNL has various other organizations like TWWO for Women Empowerment, so there is always something to to apart from your daily 9-5 job also. You are never expected to work after hours, given you reach the deadline of the project. Hence, you get more than enough amount of time to spend with your family.

What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career as a JTO Architect?

One thing that I would like to complain about is the salary. As compared to a private sector job, the salary is pretty low. Als,o the infrastructure of the office could have been better. Even though most of the BSNL offices are renovated regularly, it has been quiet a while since this one has been renovated. Apart from that, the job is amazing. You get amazing opportunities and the campus is lush green, near the beach which gives us a sea view from our office.
