Being the superior in the radio station, my first job responsibility is to keep eyes on how proper radio station is functioning. I look onto every radio jockey working under me, music management, activities under the station and creating ideas. Whatever happens in a radio station is solely my responsibility. The songs that are going on air, jingles, promos, sweepers etc plus the content on the radio is my responsibility. If anything is against norms, I will be held accountable.
