It is an honor for me to work here. You are respected by your bosses and are considered a valued employee of the company. The salary is nice and is really good from the recognition point of view.
Please describe your current Job Responsibilities as an Accounts Officer.
My job as an Accounts Officer, mainly includes tasks related to finance and accounts. I mainly keep track of the payments done by the company and make sure it matched the records made by my team and the corresponding invoices. I make sure the late payments are done properly. And I also send out the bills to the various clients and make sure the payments are made. I also do internal auditing at times on case the work is not completed on times. A person in this professor should have a great deal for precision and details. Even one small mistake, and the entire calculation has to be done again.

What are some of the positives, which would encourage someone to become an Accounts Officer?
This job has provided me with a really good salary package, enough to satisfy my daily expenses after living in Mumbai. Other than that, it also has a good work environment. The people that I work with are pretty helpful and cooperative. The infrastructure of the office is also really nice. You are hardly ever expected to work overtime if you reach the deadlines on time. People are very friendly and respectful here.
What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career in your Profession?
There is hardly anything that I could complain about. However, one thing that I would like to talk about here, is that the workload is a lot. You are expected to reach deadlines, which, at times, seem to be impossible. As a result, I have to work overtime, even when I am not asked to do so. Other than that, this is an amazing job and it is completely worth the struggle that I had been through to become a Chartered Accountant.
