I started my career in Absolutdata Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, where my main responsibilities were building predictive models using statistical techniques. I develop advanced analytics solution to forecast demand, determine the optimal quantity to order and an optimal quantity split between ground and trail orders. There are many other aspects to my job, which are conducted on a daily basis.

Please describe your current Job Responsibilities as a Senior Analyst.

In BCG, most projects are handled by individual owners and there is less of a teamwork. I usually start my day by distributing the given task to each stakeholder. The key responsibility is for maintaining & developing several core products, two of which I am personally involved in developing. So usually the first part of my day is taken to make sure that the models developed are running correctly and applying any necessary fixes if needed. Yet the greater part of my day is taken with ad-hoc tasks and meetings.
