Please give us a summary of your Career.
My first job was an average first job at a call center. With just graduation in my hand and no interest in studying any further, I jumped right into the work field. I worked as a tele-caller in Concentrix for 2 years. Since they allow internal job posting, I got promoted onto computer work. Worked for 5 years there and earned enough to think of a startup but seeing the risk level I did not pursue it. I started working in Wipro as a Senior Customer Executive which included responsibilities like seeing what my team is going and taking weekly reports of the work progress. I changed a lot of jobs in between just to find where my mind settles.
Please describe your current Job Responsibilities.
On a daily basis, I take up previous day’s paperwork to the Head Manager, report the human resource team if there is any vacancy or more workforce requirement. I take reports from the assistant and get to work on them. And I also have to look after the progress reports or even visit the required department for supervision and keep proper management and check on work ethics. I try to provide a good work environment as it is necessary for the completion of given tasks.
