Please give us a summary of your Career.
I started as an intern at my college as that was part of my course. After graduating, I started off practicing. And then, I started off in my private chamber. I have been involved in this job for more than fifteen years. Working and being part of the noblest job in the society, I feel proud at times. On a daily basis, I need to serve the society and at times I need to deal with critical cases that have life threats. Being a general surgeon, I have to perform a lot many surgeries and treat a lot of patients.
Please describe your current Job Responsibilities.
As a surgeon, I have to deal with critical cases that need special attention. Every day, I need to go to my private chamber and treat the patient and give them medicine in order for them to heal. Everyday dealing with cases as well as new cases makes me more passionate about my work.

Some of the positives, which would encourage someone to consider this career are as follows: Firstly, the work culture is very impressive. It is a challenging job because every day you get an opportunity to deal with new cases and the working hours are self-determined. It is a noble job as you get an opportunity to do serve the society by treating the ill and unfit ones. Lastly, there is a sense of pride as you are contributing to the society in a much more direct way. The income potential is quite high in this profession, which only increases as you gain more years of experience.
What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career in your Profession?
Some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering this job are as follows: The stress level can be very high. One gets very less time to spend with their family and even for themselves. A lot many times work hour may exceed. You might be called up even on your holidays as well on your off days if there is any sort of emergency. Thus, there is no rest. There is a certain risk in the job as there have been incidents where legal action has been taken against doctors and at times doctors are beaten up or been harassed by the patient party.
