What are some of the positives, which would encourage someone to join your Profession?

By working with such an institution, you are able to create general awareness among people about the degrading living standards of people due to suffering from diseases. Every day, you have to perform a different work to determine what the medicine really is, this does not make the work boring and helps you learn new facts every day. Since the organization is completely government owns, you not only get a handsome salary but also allowance for living and education for your children.

What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career in your Profession?

One of the major drawbacks of the job is that until and unless you have a thorough knowledge of your subject along with practical experience, you cannot succeed or even start such a career. Many times, you are required to travel to other states to carry out the research world which consumes a lot of time and energy.
