Please give us a summary of your Career.
I started my career as the sales manager at Jeep company. I worked there for five years and I was supposed to manage the sales of the company’s product in regions of Haryana and Sri Nagar. Later, I opened my own construction firm. Since then, I am involved in the construction work of military engineering services in Allahabad. As the owner of the firm, I am responsible for bringing in new contracts. With almost forty years of work experience, I am on the verge of retirement.
Please describe your current Job Responsibilities.
Currently, my work is to bring in new contracts to the firm. For this purpose, I have to work on tenders so that I am able to quote the lowest price for the contract. With the advent of e-tendering, the system has become transparent. After taking in the contract, I am responsible for the efficient and timely completion of the project. I employ wage laborers for the execution of the contract. Life as a businessman is not easy. You have to take a lot of risks.
