What are some of the positives, which would encourage someone to join Paper Industry?
Business has a lot of potential, as jobs are becoming scarce day by day. Starting a business and investing capital and money in it might be difficult for many but once you see the results, you lean more towards it. It becomes a part of your life and you will love it once it starts yielding money. Size and nature of the business do not matter. It should satisfy you. It will be something of your own, that you have built yourself. If you are not satisfied, you should constantly try to improve yourself.
What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career in Paper Industry?
There are no such negatives for one who loves their job. I really feel my work is great and I do not feel like I am working anymore. Sometimes things can become quite frustrating because of your colleagues, problems in business, your employer etc. but once you learn to live with them, it seems a lot interesting. Business is a 24 x 7 job and not an 8-hour job, which you have to worry about only in those 8 hours. You have to constantly build on your brand image and you must be ready to face any difficulty at any point in time during your lifetime. Period.
