I started working as a Sales Team Leader at Hindustan Unilever Limited in 2014. There I compiled and maintained a comprehensive customer profile, developed division’s main objectives and sales targets and monitored and supervised sales team of 10 people. In 2016, I became the Retail Business Manager at Arkray Healthcare pvt.ltd. Here, I worked on Blood sugar monitor and BP monitor and developed short term and long term sales objectives through Activation on Chemists. Currently, I work with HUL as a team leader. I take care of all the sales activities.

My job includes :
- Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling functions for the sales.
- Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives and help in the training and development of personnel.
- Identify the target market and focus on improving the business.
