What are some of the positives, which would encourage someone to join the Banking (Senior Manager) Profession?
This job is best for showcasing your communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in training & development, customer relationship management and planning.
To list down four postive traits I would suggest
1. Good perks is obviously a great thing.
2. Job security – till date, bank jobs are comparatively secure than other jobs.
3. Being able to face the various customers, which increases the interpersonal skills.
4. There is constant learning.
What are some of the negatives that you would want someone to be aware of when considering a career in your Profession?
- Stress and long working hours, due to the whimsical government policies that involve the bank without any accolades is the most stressful thing.
- In the past, I have seen the effect of Jan Dhan Yojna and Demonetisation. Keeping aside what actually it did to the government and country, for bankers it was a very tough time with no specific guidelines. Changing guidelines every hour made the job more stressful.
