There is very high Job Stability & Security. Also, I love the fact that I am contributing to the development of our country.

1. Rigid rules to be followed no matter how obsolete they are.
2. There are very less perks and allowances.
3. One is not free to take independent decisions.
4. The office infrastructure is mostly poor.
