Please give us a summary of your Career.
After my graduation, I started working in Narmada Trauma Centre. I worked there for two years. Then I joined Parul Hospital and have been working there for the last 3 years.
Please describe your current Job Responsibilities.
We work in shifts. Once we have reached the hospital we take over the previous shift and see what has been done and what needs to be done. We mark our attendance and go for a round of every ward. We check on each patient, ask them how they are feeling in comparison to the previous day. Note down everything. Check the pulse and do the required basic checkup. Then the doctor comes for round and they check every patient.
We move along with the doctor and apprise him/her with the current situation of each patient noted earlier. Then the doctor suggests medicine changes, tests etc, which we write down. Then we give injections and medicines to the patients who require it. When the shift ends we give over the report to the next shift and then leave.
